Earlier today we were honored to be included during the groundbreaking ceremony for the Issaquah Trailhead Apartment complex, formerly the TOD Project.

The Trailhead Project represents years of planning, collaboration, and dedication, and we are proud to join our partners in celebrating this important milestone as the project enters the construction phase. We look forward to welcoming new residents to their homes in approximately two years and to seeing the positive impact this community will have for years to come.

Interested in living at Trailhead?

While we're excited to celebrate this milestone, the community is still in the early stages of construction. We are not yet accepting applications for residency. As the anticipated completion date approaches, we will announce when the application process opens and provide additional information about eligibility, timelines, and how to apply.
